Types of Rooms :-

There are 3 types of room allocated in the 8 living quarters :-

Type-1 Room (for elderly without self-care ability, and budgetary ones)

           *   with 3m x 3m room area, and 1.5m wide room entrance to accommodate most types of wheelchair;
           *   with 2 remote controls at the 2 sides of the bed for the elderly to tilt up the bed at 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, and 90 degree by just pressing a corresponding button (with Braille on each button);
           *   with a drawer table that its height could be adjusted by just pressing a corresponding button (with Braille on each button);
           *   with a 40" 4K TV mounted on an extendable movable stand so that it is easy for transferring to another room, or when the elderly has one with larger screen size.

Type-2 Room (for elderly with self-care ability)

           *   with 4.65m x 6m room area including a modern accessible toilet/bath room inside;
           *   with a mini-size refrigerator equipped;
           *   with spacious recreational and socializing area in the quarters of type-2 room.

Type-3 Room (for elderly with self-care ability, and for those who want to have a bath tub)

           *   with 4.65m x 7.5m room area including a modern accessible toilet/bath room with bath tub inside;
           *   with spacious room area for the elderly to add one more set of closet;
           *   with balcony for the 2 quarters of type-3 room at 2/F and 3/F of the office tower.
