(II) The indoor accessible facilities
           (i) The nursery staff service counter is height-adjustable by pressing a corresponding button according to the height of the elderly and the height of the wheelchair.            (ii) The closets are with non-topple design so as to safeguard the elderly; the closets and the beds are with wheels to facilitate the elderly moving from one room to another.            (iii) The pantry, and the indoor dining table are with guiding tiles for the blind paved to the 2 quarter exits and the room entrance.                      { take a look - facilities tour 5 }
(III) The outdoor accessible facilities
           (i) Elderly and tourist could move the garden chairs to any spot to take a sun bath; or buy a cup of drink from the cafe, put it onto the holding ring of the chair, then enjoy some reading and music; and with the non-topple design of the chair, an umbrella could be added during drizzle and shower periods.            (ii) Guiding tiles for the blind are paved from each quarter exit to the 2 garden cafes, to the mini-store, and to the garden areas.            (iii) No table and chair are put at one side of the upper social area platform so as to enable smooth movement of the wheelchairs.                      { take a look - facilities tour 6 }
(IV) The safety facilities
           (i) There is ramp path to each of the 4 floor layers of the office building including the rooftop; and at the staff office floor, there is the ramp for going out to the upper platform of the open social area and the small farm there.            (ii) With the 10G/100G elderly care home centre network, any authorized staff who are at the closest spot to the venue (toilet, bed room, cafe, garden, wheelchair/stick) where the emergency button is pressed would provide the help or do the rescue instantly or within a very short time.            (iii) Parking space is available outside the quarter entrance for ambulance and visitors' cars so as to minimize the transfer transport distance of the elderly from the quarter to the ambulance or to the visitor's pick up car.                      { take a look - facilities tour 7 }
(V) The care facilities
           (i) The dish washing room for the 2 cafes are with high hygienic standard, the washed tablewares are kept inside the disinfected dish washing machines before transfer to the trolleyed disinfected dish cabinets and deliver to the 2 cafes; the returned trolleyed disinfected dish cabinets will pass through a disinfection room, and clean up by the staff.            (ii) The laundry room is with different sections for washing clothes of elderly in different quarters, with both disinfection laundry processes using sprayed disinfectants and liquid disinfectants, and delivery back to each elderly with an individual drawer.            (iii) Small farms are set up at the rooftop of the office building and at the upper platform of the social area with various breeds of plants and with various produce at different seasons.                      { take a look - facilities tour 8 }
(VI) The therapeutic facilities
           (i) Colorful soils, and nutrient fluids of various colors are utilized at a corner of the farm, which provides color therapy for the elderly; children will also be attracted by it and stay to play which in turn will cheer up the elderly.            (ii) Usually the therapy games for the elderly in the therapy room are also interested by the children, at rainy days children would love to play there while the elderly are talking to other visitors.            (iii) Emotional therapy is with the huge golden fish tank in the party room, and the golden fish tanks in each of the quarters.   Some elders are responsible for feeding the golden fishes timely each day.                      { take a look - facilities tour 9 }
