(I) Healthiness Oriented           (i) To experience the life                 (1) Mist droplets on the petals, frogs jump onto the pond side stone, brown leaves decorate the garden paths and seats, and the unconsciously chilling when a snow flake touch your face, each elderly should be able to experience all these in a modern elderly care home centre when going out into the garden daily.                 (2) What a spirit of life for looking at the pair of butterflies dancing among the flowers, the tree planted by the centre staff last year grows up, and the little grass grows up between the cracks of the pebble path.                 (3) Outside the wide window panes of the room are scenes of natural beauty, daily community life that one used to, and memories cherished by each elderly.                      { take a look - tour 1 }           (ii) Social relationship                 (1) Sitting in the garden and let time goes by seeing tourists touring around the garden and taking photos, children and their pets coming to play after class, and the gardeners taking care of the plants and the small farms on the upper layer of the social area corridor and that on the rooftop of the office building.                 (2) Order your favorite breakfast or choose on the menu set by the nutritionist, listen to the conversations of the tourists and that of the citizens, and you may also join in.                 (3) While immersed in the activities going on at the playground, suddenly some kids wow and jump out from the Pet's Adventure Tunnel as their pet got the prize of the cafe's game of the week, you wow together with them!                      { take a look - tour 2 }           (iii) Under bad weather circumstances                 (1) Elderly could talk and eat together in the spacious social area inside each living quarter which are all well decorated.                 (2) There are 2 roof-covered paths to the Party Room from each living quarter; elderly could sit silently at the outbound side of the large golden fish tank there to watch the golden fishes while enjoying a cup of coffee, or have some group activities at the centre of the room.                 (3) The sheltered upper platforms of both cafes, the ground social area at the east side of the elderly centre, and the bottom of the "Pet's Adventure Tunnel" are all places for socializing, relaxing, and meeting with visitors.                      { take a look - tour 3 } (II) Safety Oriented           (i) Fire                 (1) Each living quarter is with at least 2 exits located at the 2 ends of its diagonal axis, and tiles for the blind are paved between these exits.                 (2) For quarters above ground level, wheelchair ramp and staircase+lift are located at the 2 ends of the diagonal axis, and tiles for the blind are paved between these exits.                 (3) Rooms in quarter above ground level are all designed for elderly with self-care ability.                      { take a look - tour 4 }           (ii) Flood                 (1) Flooding gates are installed at one of the quarters where elderly are without self-care ability, the gates are extendable up from 0.5m to 1m, and to 1.5m before evacuation.                 (2) The 7m wide bi-directional bus road between the 2 sides of the elderly centre enhances the evacuation job.                 (3) The design of the garden with its rain collection system reduces the risk of flooding.                      { take a look - tour 5 }           (iii) Daily life                 (1) At least 3 emergency buttons are installed in each room (at the room entrance, 2 sides of the bed).                 (2) The bath room toilets in each living quarter and living room, and that in the garden and other public areas are all with modern alarm systems operated with 10G/100G network and speedy rescue approaches.                 (3) Each elderly is with a tag button when going out of the living quarter so as to alert the nursery staff for help or pick up from the garden when required.                      { take a look - tour 6 } (III) Humanity Oriented           (i) Entertainment                 (1) Grown up at the TV era, most elderly would take TV watching as their favorite entertainment.   Each elderly favors different channels at different time slots, so each elderly has a TV set inside the room.                 (2) In an International city, elderly are able to subscribe any overseas channel through 10G/100G elderly care home centre network, and this is essential for those elderly came from overseas.                 (3) During festivals or at specific days, entertainment activities could be arranged at the garden or in the party room.                      { take a look - tour 7 }           (ii) World acquaintance                 (1) An elderly who loves literature is not just able to revise the writings of Shakespeare or Charles Dickens, but able to read the Nobel prize winning literatures of this year and those in the coming years; an elderly who loves tennis is able to review the matches of Bjorn Borg vs John McEnroe in addition to watch the Olympic game final match of this year (Rafael Nadal vs Novak Djokovic).                 (2) An elderly came from overseas is to be able to access any information of the communities where he/she grew up, worked, and lived.                 (3) Elderly are to be able to have an online visit on the large TV screen with the family members, friends, and ex-colleagues at any time.                      { take a look - tour 8 }           (iii) Therapies                 (1) Each elderly could receive the certified "electronic game therapy" according to the schedule with the TV set in each room or the large game console screens in the "Game Therapy Room".                 (2) Inside the living quarter with "Type-1 room" where elderly without self-care ability live, there is the nursery staff counter with on-duty nursery staff.                 (3) Immediate attention, care, and therapeutic services are provided by the well trained nursery staff in the elderly care home centre.                      { take a look - tour 9 }
