Care and Therapy :-

"As usual, I sit on the wheelchair after wash face.   One of the on-duty nursery staff comes to get me out to the garden. She insists that I have to put on the wool blouse before start to drive the wheelchair to the end of the fountain pool where is close to the rear entrance of the cafe.   I stay there to breathe fresh air, wait for the dawn that always comes out late in this gloomy early winter Saturday, and wait for community people and tourists to come for the breakfast.   I ask a passersby to get me to a table at the cafe's rear entrance.

When the cafe staff see me on the table, a nutritious breakfast meal set by the nutritionist is brought to me.   When I need to go to toilet, I press the tagged button on the wheelchair and a nursery staff comes to pick me up and go back to the quarter.

There is no routine game therapy for me on Saturday, and I ask a nursery staff to take me to the upper social platform at the other side of the garden.   I enjoy watching the plants and produce at the small farm there.   I need to ask the nursery staff to get me back to the cafe for the nutritious lunch meal before going back to the room to take a nap.

I feel a little bit dizzy at wake up, and the nurse gives me some pills after some checking and measures.   I stay inside the quarter for the dinner; sit at the dining table with some other quarter mates and the cafe staff delivers the nutritious dinner meal to me.

My subscribed channel has my favourite Shakespeare musical tonight, and I lay down to listen and sleep."

'"Sit outside the room and watch the golden fishes, feed them and sign on the logbook.   I take part in the therapy program for my weakening memory and I am responsible for feeding of 2 tanks and a quarter mate is responsible for the other one.

I drive the electrical wheelchair out and park it at a wheelchair parking lot in the garden.   According to the advice of the nurse to get rid of some pounds, I pick up the stick and walk slowly around the eastern side of the garden and care centre before driving the wheelchair to the western side and walk.

I take a light breakfast, and decide not to take lunch as my family members will come in the afternoon.   I just go to the garden mini-store to buy a bun, a bottle of water, some snacks for the grand children, and go back to the room to take a rest.

When the family members come, we take the afternoon tea at the Sunset Cafe while watching the beautiful view.   The children then play at the garden playground, and I do not go out with them as one of my old ex-colleagues will give me a TV-visit tonight.

At dinner, we share some plates and I order one of the nutritious meals consisting of the poached potatoes that our puppy loves.

I go back to the room when they have left.   It is almost the time for the TV-visit."'

'"'Go out to the balcony to do some morning exercises, and soon return back to the room as it is chilling today.   Switching on the TV and watch watch the morning news before taking the lift down to the cafe to take breakfast.

Chit chat with the centre mates for a while at the cafe and go back to the room to watch TV.   After taking lunch at the cafe downstairs, play some card games with quarter mates inside the quarter.

When it is time for dinner, I take the lift down to the centre office to pick up the emergency cell phone as I have gotten the approval to go out to the steak house which is a few blocks away from our centre.   I always enjoy the signature steak dishes of this steak house.

Walking back to the care centre and at a road crossing, I feel dizzy, have to sit down on the pavement, and then press the button on the emergency cell phone to ask the nursery staff to get a wheelchair to pick me up.

When back to the quarter, the nurse gives me some pills after some checking and measures.   I lay down on the bed to watch a subscribed movie.'"'
